Working on the TERRA LCD project, the architects tried to make the most of the close proximity to the Pioneer Garden complex and decided to literally “let it into the courtyard” using a large arch. The buildings themselves will be lined with modern facade panels in natural shades: beige, light gray, brown. The interior space of the TERRA residential complex is designed as private as possible: the courtyards will be free from cars, landscaped and create places for recreation for adults and children.
